As part of our FamiliarFaces support for underrepresented creative talent, we co-produced a film addressing workplace racism, directed by Meena Ayittey.

Badlands, an independent film and cultural content studio, released an anti-racism short, "All the Little Things," co-produced with Great Guns and FamiliarFaces. Inspired by Racism at Work (Raw) survey responses, it addresses racism in the advertising and creative industry.

The film, part of Badland's Raw initiative, delves into the aftermath of the Black Lives Matter movement, illustrating the impact of daily microaggressions on mental health. Proceeds will fund therapy for people of color in the creative industry.
