Diving into the world of conventional haircare, TRESemmé is a global household name for affordable, functioning wash & care and styling essentials. Although beloved by the styling and colored hair community, it was overlooked in online spaces.

The Task was to transform TRESemmé into a digital-first brand, bridging innovative, style-forward hair formulas with drugstore accessibility.

Within two months, we crafted an audience-first social strategy, leveraging social listening tools and data analysis for product recommendations. Our recommendation to embrace a polished style became a cornerstone of the ongoing strategy, forming additional brand pillars integrated into the overall strategic content framework.

This work included a Competitive Analysis, channel exploration, white space identification for Tresemme, online brand positioning, strategic content framework, posting calendar, and success measurement frameworks.
