This project was a passion endeavor under my favorite design agency, "Finding Stillness," a beautiful design and coaching agency based in Portland, USA. It involved a complete rebrand for a company offering a transformative 6-month leadership and personal development journey. Focused on expert guidance, creativity, and community, it encourages introspection, fostering self-exploration and the opportunity to delve into.

The task was to align the brand identity with its offering, increase visibility, communicate value, and boost Immersive sign-ups.

Within six weeks, we built a fully integrated brand with a sustainable ecosystem, considering the cluttered world of self-improvement.

Included: This work encompassed a Competitive Analysis, audience exploration, white space identification for The Murmuration Collective, brand house development, brand positioning, attributes, mission and vision statements, communication channel roles, strategic content framework, posting calendar, and success measurement frameworks.
